Exulansis

The words that flow out of your mouth and touch your lips,
It should sound like flowers in spring.

And if the words came out sounding like a stroke of the whip on skin,
Make sure you nurse the pain.
Words can hurt like blades sliding through the tongue and air pumped into your head.

So don’t speak my child, when you have no kind words to say.
Don’t swear, don’t curse.
Don’t lie to people’s face.
They will take you to hell and drag you across the pit.
It’s a dear lesson to learn from,
For I have been dragged across, many times to date.
